Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
